We pack your piece on the same or the next business day. You get the tracking number by email, and the parcel is insured.

Inside the case your piece rests on velvet, next to it the GSB certificate and the card with your message. From the outside, nobody can see what is inside.

If it does not fit
Write to us at cs@libertyangels.de. You get a label, and returns within Germany cost you nothing. You have 30 days, no reason needed.

The GSB certificate is in the box
Every piece comes with a certificate that records the authenticity, origin and characteristics of your opal. We issue it after the stone has passed through our hands.
What buyers ask about shipping
The estimated delivery date is shown above the buy button on every piece, together with the last order day. Silver pieces are in stock and ship in one to two business days. Gold pieces are first made in the goldsmith’s workshop, so allow seven to ten business days.
Free from 180 euros, in Germany and the EU. Below that, 5 euros within Germany and 9 euros in the EU. Outside the EU, the checkout calculates the costs, and customs duties and import tax may apply.
30 days from delivery, no reason needed. A message to cs@libertyangels.de is enough, then you get the label. Inside Germany the return is free.
Yes. Tell us which size you need and we will exchange it. For rings we also resize after the 30-day period; that is part of our warranty.
No. The outer packaging is plain, and nothing on the parcel mentions jewellery. The case is only inside.
